How does your dropshipping model work?
As soon as you placed your order the article will be directly produced for you and shipped to you. This allows us to offer a variety of products without holding inventory.
How do I find the right size?
Every piece has a detailed size chart. Please compare your measurements with the size chart to chose the right size.
Order and shipping
Can I combine several pieces in one order?
Yes, you can combine several pieces in one order. Since our pieces can be shipped from different countries, it is possible, that your order will be delievered in seperate parcels.
How long does shipping take?
The Production time usually takes 2 to 7 days. After completion the shipping time varies by location:
- Europe: 3 to 10 working days
- USA: 5 to 8 working days
- International: 10 to 20 working days
Where are the products shipped from?
The production and shipping centres are in different countries, including USA, Europe and Asia. Shipping takes place from the location closest to your delivery address to optimize the duration of shipping.
Delivery
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped you get a confirmation with a tracking number per mail. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.
What happens if my delivery gets lost?
If your parcel gets lost or doesn't arrive, please contact us with your order number. We will cooperate with our producer to find a solution, be it a replacement or refund.
Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all common payment methods like credit cards, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay and other secure payment service providers.
Are there additional customs or import fees?
Depending on the delivery location, customs or import fees may apply by the respective country. These are your responsibility.
Withdrawal and return
What are the return conditions?
Since all pieces are porduced after placement of order we only accept returns for faulty or defective pieces. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service with photos of the problem to arrange a return or replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed before the beginning of production. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes are necessary. Since production starts as soon as you placed your order, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply. This means, that products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has already begun.
